Job Requirements

My client is expanding its interactive department which currently offers project management, website and user interface design, database and application development, e-marketing and hosting services. Additionally, it is looking to compliment the existing infrastructure with a multi talented individual possessing experience as a Director of Internet Technology as well experience in web development with specific experience in database and application development.

This application development position will be responsible for not only hands on backend website application development; but, will also act as the agencies technical director. This position will be responsible for writing and preparing technical requirements for use in scope documentation and estimating. This position will also serve as the agencies technical lead for client meetings involving requirements gathering.

With the expansion of the department, this position may take on a larger role in directing technical projects and application development using either internal staffing, contract resources or 3rd parties.

Web Development Requirements

Internet Addict with a passion for excellence and achievement

Enjoys brain teasers, problem solving and relational thinking

Self starter, problem solver, independent and highly resourceful

Willing and able to implement GUI

Strong analytical skills, logic and reasoning

Minimum 5+ Years experience with database and application development

Process oriented with high attention to detail

Expert level experience with MS SQL Server, ASP/.NET, C#, Javascript, AJAX and XML

Working knowledge of Macromedia Flash, Shockwave and Fireworks a plus

Intermediate experience with Photoshop and Illustrator

Ability to implement front end web design including DHTML, CSS and light Action Scripting
