Job description:

Responsibilities:
" Manage up to three concurrent projects
" Develop detailed project plans
" Track progress of projects provide regular status updates to clients
" Communicate with project consultants to understand issues and identify solutions
" Manage client relationship over the course of projects to ensure all needs are met
" Identify opportunities for process/quality improvements and follow through with implementation
Required Skills and Experience:
" Well organized, self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
" Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
" 4+ years Project/Team Management experience
" 2+ years hands-on programming experience (preferably Java/J2EE)
" Solid understanding of web technology and web software development
" Experience with project management methodologies, building and managing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, etc.
" Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment
" Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
" Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and time lines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
